Will the paint come off after one wear?

No, our customs are built to last. We make sure the cleats and shoes are prepped, primed, and sanded before applying paint. We make sure to apply the exact number of coats needed to hold up through many wears. We also use a strong finisher to keep our customs durable.

 

How do custom orders work?

Custom orders placed through the "customize" section take 2-3 weeks. Message us for questions about colors, cleats, and designs not listed. We DO NOT accept cancelled orders or give refunds once they are placed.

​Do you ship anywhere in the United States?

Yes, we do!

 

Where do you ship from?

I ship from the USA.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal payments.

 

When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders may take between 3-5 weeks to arrive based on design and order volume.

 

How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact me if you have received customs or merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do my very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
